Sunbow Farm Beans

We grow Fava, Pinto, Black, Red Chile, and Garbanzo beans. Small quantities will be available for sale. We are also doing research on 5 other dry beans including Indian Woman andd Buckskin. We are looking for dry beans that can be dry farmed, that are fast growing, and can be commercially viable in our changing wetter, cooler, climate conditions. Some varieties will become rotation crops on the larger farms that are also members of Willamette Seed and Grain. We are also researching over-wintering dry Peas for this area.
